Report a problem

Include the page or action, what you expected, what happened, your browser/device and approximate time. A cropped screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, login codes, cookies or a full recipe backup unless support has explained why it is needed.

Back up your work

After signing in, open Menu → Backup & import → Download JSON backup. A full restore replaces the contents of your current workspace. Keep an export before restoring.

Remove your data

Menu → Your workspace → Delete saved workspace clears saved app contents, but retains a revision marker and your Supabase sign-in identity. The next visit creates fresh example data. To request removal of your sign-in identity and remaining active workspace records, email from the Google account you used to sign in. Support will verify the request before removal. This does not delete your Google account. Retained provider backups may expire later under the retention policy.

Never give support your Google password. For a private security report, use the same email with the subject “Security report”.
